Down Payment Solutions, Inc. is for sale. While I have enjoyed developing and owning this website for the last approx. 5 years it took to create and develop out, unfortunately, my schedule for the last year and half has just not allowed me to invest the amount of time and energy needed to maximize the opportunities this site represents.

The data to base a decision on is pretty consistent. Core Statistical Traffic Data is listed below from 2005 to Present. You are free to ask for a keyword traffic report, however, you will be required to provide a $25,000.00 non-refundable keyword list payment. Why? I will be telling the prospective buyer what keywords deliver what traffic in historical context from 2005 to present. That's a lot of data. Data which could be used by someone to simply build their own solution with exact targeting parameters. All data will come from Awstats. I am under no obligation to provide any data not available within the present Awstats configuration.
What you are buying is the company, its stock, and the website domain, content and design only. Alternately, if you just want the domain name and website with content I have no problem closing down the Florida Corporation.
